According to authorities, officers were able to enter the home and “subdue Hickey,” who was then taken into custody.
Hickey was arraigned in Kent Town Court, where he was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, false impersonation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest., according to police.
The 45-year-old was then taken to the Putnam County jail, where he was held on $50,000 cash bail or bond, police said.
